Job Summary
Contribute to sustainable infrastructure projects by collaborating on engineering, field engineering, cost engineering, safety engineering, estimating, and equipment maintenance tasks. Apply knowledge of basic construction phases, mathematical functions, and software tools like MS Office and HCSS to support project managers, superintendents, and department staff. Work onsite in Orlando as a summer 2027 intern with a pay rate of $25/hour, reporting to senior leadership within Skanska USA Civil's global network of operations across the Nordics, Europe, and the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Working towards Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field or equivalent through experience
- Knowledge of basic phases of construction projects
- Knowledge of mathematics functions (geometry, basic algebra)
- Computer skills (MS Office, HCSS, CGC, etc.)
- Background Check Required
