Job Summary
Contribute to sustainable infrastructure projects by collaborating with project managers, superintendents, and department staff across engineering, field engineering, cost engineering, safety engineering, estimating, and equipment maintenance roles. Apply knowledge of construction project phases, mathematical functions, and industry-standard software such as MS Office, HCSS, and CGC to support day-to-day operations. This summer 2027 internship targets current students in civil engineering, construction management, or related disciplines, with a pay rate of $25/hour and a required background check. Based in Hyattsville, MD, candidates join a global team of over 6,300 teammates creating innovative solutions for healthy living.
Required Qualifications
- Working towards Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field or equivalent through experience
- Knowledge of basic phases of construction projects
- Knowledge of mathematics functions (geometry, basic algebra)
- Computer skills (MS Office, HCSS, CGC, etc.)
- Background Check Required
