Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
Manage heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost controls. Lead project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure successful execution while maintaining relationships with owners, engineers, and stakeholders. Prepare change orders, RFIs, submittals, and monthly reports to keep projects safe, on schedule, and within budget. Requires 5+ years of heavy civil experience with earthwork, utilities, or roadway work and proficiency in construction management software. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience within heavy civil construction
- Experience managing projects involving earthwork, underground utilities, site development, concrete, roadway, or related infrastructure work
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract administration
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with construction management software; experience with HCSS HeavyBid, HeavyJob, AGTEK, or similar platforms is a plus
