Job Summary
Construction Superintendent for Heavy Civil bridge projects, overseeing safety culture, leading pre-project planning with CM/PM teams, coordinating field activities, training field managers, ensuring safe and productive use of tools/equipment, conducting look-ahead scheduling, interpreting construction drawings and contract specs, interviewing and hiring field staff, and traveling/relocating to project sites. Preferred candidates have experience with heavy civil/bridge construction (CIP, Precast Segmental Erection, Cable Stay installation, post-tensioning), bilingual in English/Spanish, and ability to manage multiple projects with strong communication to customers and crews. Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field may be given preference.
