Job Summary
Heavy Capacity Field Service Technician responsible for on-site calibrations of weighing and material handling systems, safe operation of company vehicles, diagnosing and repairing weighing equipment, and communicating task status and service reports with customers and the team. Requires outdoor work in varied conditions, a customer-focused mindset, ability to work overtime, and a mechanical/electrical background. CDL preferred; 120VAC/DC wiring knowledge; welding experience a plus; physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Location is South Amboy, NJ with in-person on-site work; gradual growth in process automation and instrumentation opportunities.”
Required Qualifications
- General mechanical or electrical background
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Maintain valid Drivers license and safe driving record
- CDL preferred
- Familiarity with industrial service tools; welding experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of 120VAC/DC wiring
- Ability to bend, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs safely
