Job Summary
Heavy Capacity Field Service Technician responsible for on-site calibrations of weighing and material handling systems, safe operation of company vehicles, diagnosing and repairing weighing equipment, and communicating service updates to customers and Team Leader. Requires mechanical and/or electrical background, ability to work outdoors in all conditions, familiarity with industrial service tools (welding a plus), understanding of 120VAC/DC wiring, and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. CDL preferred; willingness to work overtime and lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Field Service Technician with experience in industrial weighing equipment and/or mechanical background
- Ability to perform on-site calibrations
- Ability to mechanically troubleshoot and repair weighing equipment
- Familiarity with industrial service tools; welding experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of 120VAC/DC wiring
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Driver's license and safe driving record
- CDL preferred
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Customer-focused mindset and self-starter attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
