Heavy Assembler

Job Summary
As a Heavy Assembler, you’ll assemble mechanical units, sub-assemblies and complete units using hand and power tools, attach sub-assemblies with hardware, apply torque sequences, and read and follow complex instructions to meet tolerances and product operating requirements. You’ll operate mobile equipment, maintain attendance, and participate in safety practices. The role emphasizes assembling, fitting, aligning, calibrating, and repairing units to ensure quality, with emphasis on following instructions, handling physical requirements, and adhering to safety protocols in a plant/warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools and hardware (i.e. bolts & nuts)
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Electrical wiring experience
- Applicable Torque Certification from Arcosa
- Experience: Up to 1 Year
- Physical ability to list and move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Be able to bend, twist and work out of normal working positions throughout the shift
- Safety practices and PPE compliance
