Job Summary
Prepare assemblies by following work instructions and operate lifting and moving equipment as required. Troubleshoot product issues and test all items to meet or exceed Engineering specifications, recording test data accurately. Interpret basic manufacturing blueprints and use precision measuring instruments to ensure safe, accurate task completion. Train on the first shift before working the second shift (3pm – 11pm) in Delavan, WI. Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and process all instructions, written or verbal
- Ability to use lifting and moving equipment as required
- Working knowledge or ability to learn to use precision measuring instruments
- Ability to interpret basic manufacturing mechanical blueprints
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Quality oriented mindset, with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to complete all tasks in a safe and accurate manner
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed and alter hours as business needs dictate

Desired Qualifications
