Job Summary
Operate, thread and supply Heatset Winder/Accumulator machinery. Patrol and monitor the machine; inspect, label, and stack wound packages; load empty tubes into the winder magazine; ensure all specs on the spec sheet are followed; verify yarn produced meets specs; tie weaver knots if needed; correct thread path to maintain run-ability; maintain tunnel efficiency of 90% or better; keep work area clean; stand for long periods; able to lift and place 12-20 lb packages; follow safety and quality guidelines; overtime may be required; report accidents promptly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills
