Job Summary
HVAC Service Technician position in Orlando, FL. Responsibilities include diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems; reading blueprints and technical diagrams; delivering high customer satisfaction on every call; maintaining a clean, safe, and professional worksite; keeping the company vehicle organized; following safety policies and quality standards; arriving on time and contributing as a team player. New construction experience is a plus; on-call rotating schedule. Tools provided by the company and performance-based pay with earning potential up to $100,000+ per year. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years HVAC service experience
- Must own required tools for daily service work
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record (21+ for insurance)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
