Job Summary
Respond to service-related customer requests by diagnosing and solving complex system problems through inspection, checking gas flow, thermostats, and insulation. Perform routine maintenance on existing systems and install new equipment while conducting final safety inspections. Analyze existing processes to recommend improvements and provide consultative services within defined areas. Provide status updates to managers and lead jobs by coaching junior employees. Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety policies, PPE, and leak prevention procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of wiring, plumbing and some air conditioning
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Technical/mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work efficiently and safely
- Valid gas technician license
- Driver with an active professional driver's license
- Licensed Technician
- Eligible to work in Canada or the US
Desired Qualifications
- Dual licensing (oil and gas)
- 2-4 years of experience
