Heat Treatment Operator

Execute heat treatment on gas turbine components per approved work instructions, furnaces, and engineering requirements. Inspect parts before and after processing to ensure quality conformance while recording accurate process and measurement data. Operate equipment, thermocouples, and hand tools safely, maintaining 5S standards and adhering to standard work combination sheets. Actively participate in problem solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance safety, quality, and cycle time. Utilize shop floor systems like ELM and SmartShop to support production goals within takt time expectations.
