Heat Treatment Operator

Execute heat treatment on gas turbine components per approved work instructions, furnaces, and engineering specs. Inspect parts before and after processing to ensure quality conformance, while recording accurate process and measurement data. Maintain a clean, organized work area adhering to 5S standards and standard work combination sheets. Actively participate in problem solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance line performance. Utilize shop floor systems like ELM and SmartShop as required. Requires 0–3+ years of experience in manufacturing or heat treatment; preferred experience includes diffusion, solution, and aging processes.
