Job Summary
Conduct heat treating of assigned products to meet quality standards and exceed productivity targets. Perform assigned periodic maintenance tasks and operate all equipment in strict compliance with OSHA requirements. This role operates on the 2nd shift. SPIROL is a manufacturing and value-added engineering organization dedicated to providing engineered components and assembly solutions since 1948.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Heat treat experience preferred
