Job Summary
Heat Treat Operator on 3rd shift responsible for setting up and safely operating mesh belt and draw pit furnaces to meet customer quality standards. Duties include monitoring furnace temperatures, maintaining machine efficiency, completing quality and tracking paperwork, keeping a clean and safe work area, and working weekends as scheduled. Requires HSD/GED or equivalent, basic math and mechanical ability, computer data entry, and ability to obtain forklift license; prior experience with production heat treat equipment is a plus. 3rd shift premium of $2.00 per hour is provided along with benefits starting Day 1 and a 401K match.
Required Qualifications

- Prior experience operating production heat treat equipment a plus
- Ability to work weekends as scheduled
