Job Summary
Operate shrink tubing machines according to clearly defined procedures; perform changeovers and set up, determine process parameters to produce quality products, read and interpret manufacturing/specification notes, ensure product runs within specifications, and maintain equipment and work area to meet quality and productivity standards. Role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment; HS diploma or GED preferred and no travel required. First shift opportunity at Nordson MEDICAL with comprehensive benefits on Day 1.
