Job Summary
Heat Press Operator for an apparel warehouse. Operate heat press machines to apply graphics, logos, numbers, and text to t-shirts, review work orders for placement and design accuracy, adjust temperature/pressure/timing based on fabric, align garments, inspect finished shirts for quality, maintain equipment, report issues, keep workstation clean and safe, and support general production tasks (folding, tagging, packaging) in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience using heat press equipment or operating machinery
- Familiarity with warehouse or production workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work orders accurately
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
