Job Summary
Apply designs, logos, and graphics to promotional products using heat press equipment, ensuring accurate placement, proper temperature and pressure settings, and consistent quality. Read and match order specs to apparel, verify artwork placement on garments, and perform quality checks on finished items. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting daily production goals and deadlines. Collaborate with production and design teams as needed. Work Sunday through Thursday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with overtime possible during peak periods. This role supports AO Swag's on-demand customization services for corporations, colleges, and schools.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year experience with Heat Press machines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Authorization to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
