Job Summary
As a Laborer in the Renewables sector, you will practice safety rules, follow detailed instructions, and use hand and power tools safely. Responsibilities include assisting supervisors, measuring and grading earth, directing laborers, and ensuring quality work per specifications. You will help with concrete work and may assist heavy equipment operators. This role requires physical stamina to perform tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs, working at high elevations, and being exposed to outdoor conditions. Previous experience in industrial or construction labor is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Some industrial/construction/general labor experience
- Ability to comply with the company's drug and alcohol abuse policy
- Ability to pass physical examination
- Must be clean shaven and able to work while wearing a respirator and other personal protective equipment, when required
