Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data with electronic devices, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Training is provided (40-hour RBT course) and positions start part-time; suitable for those seeking entry into ABA/psychology fields with flexible afternoon/evening hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
- Reliable transportation
- Take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
- No prior experience required; paid training provided
