Heart of House Specialist

As a Heart of House Specialist at Marriott, you will support hotel functions across departments (e.g., kitchen, food & beverage, laundry) by performing cleaning tasks, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment, and transporting dishware and linens. You will help prepare clean linen and spotless dining ware, move items as needed, and uphold safety, quality standards, and professional appearance. You will report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager, stand/walk for extended periods, and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to policies, and positive interactions with colleagues, with responsibilities spanning multiple hotel areas to ensure hotel operations run smoothly.
