Heart of House Specialist

Kitchen Support Experts play a key role across hotel functions, assisting with cleaning and basic kitchen preparation, handling linen and spotless dining ware, operating cleaning equipment (e.g., dishwashing machines, hand wash stations), and transporting dishware across the hotel. They follow all safety and security policies, report maintenance needs, injuries, and unsafe conditions, maintain a clean, professional appearance, communicate clearly with guests and colleagues, develop positive working relationships, and support the team to meet quality standards. The role requires standing, walking for extended periods, reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and performing other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
