Job Summary
Heart of House Line Cook responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items to Twin Peaks standards, ensuring food safety, sanitation, and portion control, and maintaining a clean workstation in a fast-paced kitchen. Collaborates with Heart of House and Front of House teammates to support efficient service, assists with opening/closing duties and daily prep, operates kitchen equipment safely, and participates in training using company systems. Key skills include attention to detail, teamwork, ability to follow recipes and procedures, reliable work ethic, and a commitment to quality in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a high-volume kitchen environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Must complete all required Twin Peaks Heart of House training prior to working independently.
- Must comply with all local and state certification requirements (e.g., food handler certifications).
