Heart of House Lead (Salem, OR)

Heart of House Lead at Buffalo Wild Wings oversees the preparation and production across Chip, Grill, Shake, Southwest, and Expo stations. Responsibilities include prep and portioning, following FIFO/FDIR, maintaining sanitation and proper waste tracking, keeping station equipment and work areas clean, ensuring correct cooking times and presentation, coordinating with the Manager on Duty (MOD) for shift needs, and ensuring timely and quality food delivery. Requires knowledge of sanitation/food safety, strong verbal communication, time management, ability to take direction, familiarity with specs, cook times, plate presentation, and ticket-order management systems; leadership to support a team and maintain high pace and accuracy. Minimum age 16 required; prior restaurant or retail experience preferred.
