Required Qualifications
- Heart Failure physician
- 100% heart failure opportunity (no general cardiology required)
- Manage all aspects of heart failure, including transplant and VADs
- Collaboration with a comprehensive cardiovascular team of subspecialized physicians, APP's, and dedicated support staff
- Engage in teaching and research opportunities
- Enrolling patients in clinical trials
- Program monitors over 200 VAD patients at any given time
- Program did 23 heart transplants last year and has the ability to grow their volume to over 30 transplants per year
