Heart Failure

Conduct advanced heart failure care within a multi-disciplinary team including cardiologists, surgeons, and specialists in pulmonary hypertension, electrophysiology, and cardiac transplantation. Manage patients requiring cardiopulmonary exercise testing, hemodynamic monitor implantation, LVAD support, and cardiac transplant evaluation. Participate in clinical trials and contribute to research at the Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research. This role offers an academic appointment commensurate with credentials as a member of Northwell Physician Partners, the fifth largest medical group in the country.
