Job Summary
Heart Failure ICU Nurse Practitioner - FT Nights seeking AGACNP with 2-3 years critical care experience in Cardiology/Heart Failure ICU. 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am) with rotating weekends/holidays. LVAD/ECMO, heart and lung transplant exposure preferred. Located in Houston, TX; Level 1 trauma center with opportunities for professional advancement and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- AGACNP required
- 2-3 years of RN or NP Critical Care experience required
- Cardiology experience strongly preferred
- Heart Failure ICU experience
- Patient populations include LVADs & ECMO
- New NPs MUST have 2-3 years of RN experience with Critical Care ICU, Cardiac Care, fresh transplants &/or CV Recovery
- Experience w/heart failure population
- 12 hour shifts: 7p-7a (paid for 40 hours)
- Rotating weekends & holidays; No call
