Job Summary
Conduct advanced heart failure care within a multidisciplinary team comprising advanced heart failure specialists, APPs, and nurses. Manage patients utilizing advanced imaging modalities including cardiac PET-CT, Pyrophosphate scintigraphy, and cardiac MRI. Collaborate with invasive, interventional, EP, structural heart specialists, and cardiothoracic surgery within the Southwest Cardiology group. Provide care at a referral center featuring a 32-bed ICU, 50-bed emergency department, and fifteen operating rooms. Board certified or eligible in Heart Failure with an unrestricted Utah license required.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Heart Failure
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- U.S. ACGME Residency
