Job Summary
Leading Inpatient Care: Manage a caseload of 5-10 inpatients daily, formulating and executing comprehensive care plans. Driving Outpatient Excellence: Conduct new patient evaluations and manage ongoing care in our outpatient clinic. Utilizing Advanced Clinical Skills: Interpret complex clinical data, including hemodynamic monitoring from right heart catheterizations and Swan-Ganz catheters, to guide cutting-edge treatments for Pulmonary Hypertension. Collaborating for Optimal Outcomes: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to manage advanced medical therapies, including IV inotropes and prostacyclins, and ensure seamless discharge planning. Providing Comprehensive Coverage: Support both inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring continuity of care for our patients.
Required Qualifications
- New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
- MSN with Advanced Practice Nurse credentials
