Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner specialized in Heart Failure and Pulmonary Hypertension. Lead inpatient care for a caseload of 5-10 inpatients daily, conduct new patient evaluations, manage ongoing outpatient care, and interpret complex clinical data including hemodynamic monitoring from right heart catheterizations and Swan-Ganz catheters. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to administer advanced therapies (IV inotropes, prostacyclins) and ensure seamless discharge planning across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Requires NJ NP licensure (or eligibility), ACNP certification, ACLS, and BLS; MSN with APN credentials. Base salary starts around $156,250 with comprehensive benefits and a commitment to pay equity.
Required Qualifications
- New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- MSN with Advanced Practice Nurse credentials
