Heart Failure and Pulmonary Hypertension Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner for Hackensack Meridian Health’s Heart Failure and Pulmonary Hypertension team at Hackensack University Medical Center. Lead inpatient care with a caseload of 5-10 inpatients daily, conduct new patient evaluations, and manage ongoing care in the outpatient clinic.
