Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner for Heart Failure and Pulmonary Hypertension: lead inpatient care (caseload 5-10), drive outpatient evaluations, interpret complex hemodynamic data from right heart catheterizations and Swan-Ganz catheters to guide advanced therapies (IV inotropes, prostacyclins), collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient coverage, and participate in discharge planning; requires NJ NP license (or eligibility), Acute Care NP cert, BLS, ACLS, MSN/APN credentials; base salary at least $156,250 with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility)
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- MSN with Advanced Practice Nurse credentials
