Job Summary
Hearing Wellness Advisor role focused on delivering warm, customer-facing support in a Boots Hearingcare clinic. Responsibilities include greeting customers, conducting hearing screenings and pre-clinic checks, assisting with hearing aid maintenance and aftercare, supporting Audiologists with clinic flow and patient preparation, discussing hearing health and related products with customers, and managing appointments and records with accuracy. Training is provided from day one, including sessions at the Boots Hearingcare Academy, with a clear career pathway to QHAD and Audiologist roles. The position offers structured development, a patient-centric service environment, and a salary of £26,500 per annum with additional benefits.
Required Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C / 5 or above in Maths, English, and Science
- Strong performance and customer focus
- Ability to balance academic study with clinical practice
