Job Summary
Educate patients on hearing aid use and maintenance, provide follow-up care, and schedule appointments with clinical staff. Respond to walk-in patient needs, manage vendor communications, and assist with fittings, device insertions, and Bluetooth pairing. Clean and service hearing systems, perform basic repairs, and triage faults. Package outbound items, process inbound inventory, update medical records, and document all patient encounters. Manage daily inventory reviews and ensure fiscally responsible ordering while entering charges and collecting payments. Requires an associates degree, 2-3 years of customer service experience, and proficiency in practice management software. Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or 60 credit-hours
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer service setting
- Proficient computer skills including ability to master the clinic's practice management software

Desired Qualifications
