Job Summary
As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, you will provide a quality Patient Journey Experience by testing and diagnosing hearing loss, fitting and selling hearing products and accessories, counseling patients, and ensuring follow-up services. This role emphasizes collaboration with the Regional Manager/Director for financial management and maintaining a profitable office. You will need a valid state license, and skills in patient management software, problem solving, and interpersonal communication are essential. The starting salary ranges from $55,440 to $58,212 annually, with commission eligibility based on performance.

- Valid State Licensure – license in good standing

- Knowledge of software systems including patient management software, NOAH and Inspire OS
- Ability to organize and execute a plan
