Job Summary
Evaluate hearing aid candidacy, interpret test results, and recommend individualized hearing care solutions. Program, fit, and verify hearing instruments including new premium technology; conduct comprehensive evaluations and follow-up visits; maintain accurate patient records and outcome measures. Deliver education and counseling to patients, emphasize long-term benefits and outcomes, and collaborate with leadership to support center performance and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Current Audiology license or Hearing Aid Dispensing license in the state of role (required)
- Strong clinical, counseling, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, patient‐friendly manner
- Comfort working in a retail healthcare setting
- Commitment to ethical practice and patient‐focused care
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
