Hearing Instrument Specialist/ Audiologist

Job Summary
Evaluate hearing aid candidacy, recommend and fit hearing aids, and build lasting relationships with patients through education, follow-up care, and community engagement in a retail-based clinical environment. Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, interpret results, present product options, program/fit/verify hearing instruments, perform routine follow-ups and repairs, maintain accurate patient records, and collaborate with leadership to support center performance and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Current Audiology license or Hearing Aid Dispensing license in the state of role (required)
- Strong clinical, counseling, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, patient-friendly manner
- Comfort working in a retail healthcare setting
- Commitment to ethical practice and patient-focused care
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
