Job Summary
Evaluate hearing aid candidacy and fit hearing instruments in a retail-based clinical environment; perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, interpret results, present product options, program/verify devices, conduct follow-up care, and maintain accurate patient records to support optimal patient outcomes. Requires current Audiology or Hearing Aid Dispensing license, strong clinical and interpersonal skills, ability to explain technical concepts to patients, and comfort working in a retail healthcare setting; collaboration with leadership to support center performance and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Current Audiology license or Hearing Aid Dispensing license in the state of the role
- Strong clinical, counseling, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a patient-friendly manner
- Comfort working in a retail healthcare setting
