Hearing Instrument Specialist/ Audiologist

Job Summary
In this full-time, onsite role at Sam's Clubs nationwide, evaluate hearing aid candidacy, recommend and fit hearing aids, and build lasting patient relationships through education, follow-up care, and community engagement. Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, interpret results, and present product options emphasizing value and long-term outcomes. Program, fit, and verify hearing instruments (including premium tech from major manufacturers); perform routine follow-ups, cleanings, adjustments, and repairs; maintain accurate patient records and outcome measures. Deliver exceptional service to support patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes; collaborate with leadership and peers to support center performance and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Current Audiology license or Hearing Aid Dispensing license in the state of role (required)
- Strong clinical, counseling, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, patient-friendly manner
- Comfort working in a retail healthcare setting
- Commitment to ethical practice and patient-focused care
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
