Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, interpret results, and recommend and fit hearing instruments in a retail-based clinical environment at Sam's Club in Springfield, IL. Program and verify instruments including premium technology, perform follow-up visits and repairs, maintain compliant patient records, and deliver education that supports patient satisfaction and outcomes. Collaborate with leadership to support center performance and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Current Audiology license or Hearing Aid Dispensing license in the state of the role (required)
- Strong clinical, counseling, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, patient-friendly manner
- Comfort working in a retail healthcare setting
- Commitment to ethical practice and patient-focused care
