Job Summary
Evaluate hearing aid candidacy, fit and program hearing instruments, and build lasting relationships with patients through education, follow-up care, and community engagement in a retail-based clinical environment. Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations using best-practice clinical protocols, interpret test results to recommend individualized hearing care solutions, present product options emphasizing value and patient outcomes, program and verify instruments (including premium technologies from major manufacturers), perform routine follow-up visits and repairs, maintain accurate patient records, and collaborate with leadership to support center performance and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Current Audiology license or Hearing Aid Dispensing license in the state of role (required)
