Job Summary
Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations, educate customers on hearing loss effects, and guide device fittings while providing personalized after-care consultations. Lead sales of hearing aids and accessories to meet revenue goals, manage customer records in compliance with healthcare regulations, and partner with front office staff to ensure smooth store operations. Support local marketing initiatives and special events to drive community engagement, while maintaining current industry knowledge through continuous education. Actively licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist with 1+ year of experience. Standard business hours Monday-Friday. Required Qualifications
- Actively licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist
- 1+ year of training or related experience as a Hearing Instrument Specialist
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS systems
- Current knowledge of hearing aid devices and technology
