Job Summary

Hearing Care Professional with HearCANADA provides standardized hearing evaluations and audiological assessments, educates clients on product usage and features, and follows up to ensure needs are met. The role involves supporting multiple clinics (Essex, Lakeshore, Windsor-area locations) with a home clinic assignment and travel to other sites as needed, Monday–Friday with potential evenings/weekends. Responsibilities include staying current with hearing aid promotions and technology, building client relationships, and collaborating with clinic teams to support walk-in clients and inbound inquiries.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
  • Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standing
  • Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
  • Excellent communicator capable of professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members
  • Comfortable making product and service recommendations and providing patient-centric education to ensure product adoption
  • Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) would be an asset
