Job Summary
Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid selection and fitting for clients, and routinely demonstrate hearing aids during annual evaluations to create a personalized auditory experience. Evaluate test results with client needs to make personalized recommendations and follow-ups; perform routine maintenance including clean and checks, ear impressions, earmold modification, and ALD accessory recommendations. Collaborate with District manager, HCP Team Leads and L&D to adopt initiatives aimed at growing center revenue and changing more lives; build local community outreach and physician marketing efforts per quarter. Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation, maintain licensing compliance, and engage in ongoing professional development to stay adept in consulting, selling, fitting, and troubleshooting current hearing aid technology. Maintain adherence to HearUSA Quality Practice Guidelines and company values, and participate in growth opportunities, including career pathways and benefits like CEUs, licensure renewals, and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a similar Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role.
- Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
- 1-5 years of experience preferred.
