Job Summary
Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid selections, and fittings for all clients while meeting minimum NPS scores of 75. Routinely demonstrate hearing aids during annual evaluations to create personalized auditory simulations, evaluate test results against client needs, and offer recommendations that maximize client benefits. Conduct routine follow-ups, clean, check, and repair hearing aids, maintaining skills in ear impression taking, earmold modification, and ALD accessory recommendations. Build local communities to proactively generate service demand by completing one community outreach or physician marketing campaign per quarter. Comply with state license laws, FDA guidelines, and WSA policies while operating in a HIPAA-compliant manner. Engage in continued professional development to maintain expertise in consultative counseling, selling, fitting, and troubleshooting of current hearing aid technology.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a similar Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role
- Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing
Desired Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience preferred
