Job Summary
Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and fittings for clients, including hearing aid selection and personalization to maximize client benefits; demonstrate and teach hearing aid use, conduct routine follow-ups, cleanings, repairs, and ear impression taking; assess test results with client needs to provide tailored recommendations; support center revenue growth through community outreach and physician marketing; ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and referrals, participate in ongoing professional development, and adhere to HearUSA QPG and state licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing
- Experience in a similar Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role
- 1-5 years of experience preferred
- Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Basic or advanced written communication skills
- Experience interacting with customers/clients
- Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely
- Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment
