Job Summary
Hearing Care Provider responsible for conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations, selecting and fitting hearing aids, demonstrating devices, and following up with clients. Role emphasizes client-centered service, adherence to HIPAA and QPG guidelines, ongoing professional development, and collaboration with district leadership to grow center revenue. Responsibilities include evaluating test results, making personalized recommendations, performing routine maintenance and repairs, ear impression taking, engaging in community outreach/physician marketing, and maintaining accurate documentation. Requires active state licensure in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing, 1-5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Competitive compensation includes monthly commissions and benefit programs.
Required Qualifications
- Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing
- 1-5 years of experience preferred
- Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Basic or advanced written communication skills
- Experience interacting with customers/clients
- Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely
- Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment
