Job Summary
Hearing Care Provider in Grandville, MI responsible for performing comprehensive hearing evaluations, fitting and selecting hearing aids, and providing ongoing client support within HearUSA’s service model. Responsibilities include demonstrating hearing aids during evaluations, generating personalized recommendations based on test results, conducting routine follow-ups and hearing aid maintenance, taking ear impressions, modifying earmolds, and recommending ALD accessories. Role involves community outreach and physician marketing to grow center revenue, collaborating with district management and L&D to implement new initiatives, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and quality practices. Requires an active Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing license, 1-5 years of relevant experience, strong written and verbal communication, customer interaction skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing
- Experience in a similar Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role
- 1-5 years of experience preferred
- Basic or advanced written communication skills
- Experience interacting with customers/clients
- Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely
- Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment
