Job Summary
Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, select and fit hearing aids, and conduct follow-ups for clients using HearUSA's client-centric service model. Demonstrate hearing aids during evaluations, evaluate results to make personalized recommendations, and maintain ear impressions, earmolds, and ALD accessory recommendations. Collaborate with District Manager and L&D to implement initiatives to grow center revenue, and engage in community outreach or physician marketing activities on a quarterly basis. Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation, adhere to State license laws and HearUSA QPGs, pursue ongoing professional development, and participate in training programs and career-advancement pathways. Requires active state licensure in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing and 1-5 years of experience; strong attention to detail and clear written communication, with ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing
- Experience in a similar Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role
- 1-5 years of experience preferred
