Job Summary
Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid selection and fitting for clients using the company’s client-centric service model. Evaluate test results with client needs to make personalized recommendations, demonstrate hearing aids during evaluations, conduct routine follow-ups, cleanings, repairs, and ear impressions; support marketing initiatives to grow the center’s revenue; ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and adherence to licensing and guidelines; pursue ongoing professional development and licensing requirements; collaborate with district management and learning & development teams to implement initiatives. The role involves community outreach and physician marketing activities to generate service demand and maintain high client satisfaction, with a focus on delivering Simply Excellent Hearing Care.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a similar Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role
- Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing
- 1-5 years of experience preferred
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience interacting with customers/clients
- Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely
- Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment
